I am a young Christian woman who desires to inspire people to see their life and themselves as wonderful, beautiful creations of God and to find worth in how God sees them.

I really have no words for this. After all this Jay Leno continues to bash Conan? I’m sorry, but he isn’t acting very honorable. He’s not just adding insult to injury but kicking a man while he’s down. This is just wrong.
What happened to compassion? How would Mr. Leno feel if he were in Mr. O’Brien’s shoes? Huh??
Food for thought.

Despicable Douchebag of the Day: In the monologue portion of last night’s episode of The Tonight Show (where laughter goes to die), hack host and well-known joke repeater Jay Leno took an astoundingly offensive pot shot at former host Conan O’Brien and his fanbase.
At 3-minutes, 45-seconds in, Leno briefly displayed a portion of a fake Facebook page attributed to wouldbe NYC carbomber Faisal Shahzad. Purposely overlooked, but clearly visible, were Shahzad’s supposed group memberships. Shahzad, it seems, is an open supporter of Team Coco.
Simply disgusting. Even for Jay.
[thanks troy!]

Recent photo of a little boy visiting the White House. He wanted to feel Obama’s hair because he wanted to know if the President’s hair felt just like his. Obama obliged. Priceless.

oh, my! this is the best story ever.

I find this ridiculously adorable

Our president is awesome.

This is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Oh my gosh.

My iPad

As a suprise for me on Saturdaty, my love bought me an iPad. I have not yet been able to use it as we haven’t seen each other yet since Saturday, but I am excited!

I did some searching around the Internet to see the features and the way things work on the iPad because of all the speculation that it’s “just a large iPod touch.” I believe they’re wrong, and I see this becoming a huge advantage for me in both my work and personal life.

I work for an IT company based out of New Jersey. It’s a small business and a lot of the time we are on-the-go and rarely do I enjoy lugging around my 15” MacBook pro or my 17” gateway computer. They’re too much. Too heavy. My iPhone has been my tool of choice for a long time, but i wish it was a little better and helped me be as productive as I could be on my computer.

That just changed. I am seeing so many things about it that really are going to help me when I’m out and about. I also see it becoming a wonderful tool to help me manage my social media presence. I can literally spend 6 hours on Twitter reading through the feed and reply to people. When I have almost 1100 people I follow and close to 1,050 who follow me; it becomes something of a hassle to deal with without being at a computer.

I am excited to begin using it. I will definately be putting reviews up of the device as I use it.

Tiny hiatus

Sorry peeps that I haven’t been blogging. The last week or so has been a blur. I promise to get back to a semi-regular schedule soon. :)

Zach decided he was going to sleep on my heating pad…or try to at least.

Life can be so fickle.

One wrong word can start a war, one assumption unjustly judge several lives and one selfish act can ruin a family.

One. It takes one to influence many. One can ruin it for the rest of the group or one soldier can make it better for millions. The list is endless. One cancerous cell can end a life and one accident in a lab can kill the world.

It only took One Perfect Man to cover the multitude of sins for the world. Jesus Christ saved me from the debt of my sins. I am so grateful that He chose to save me. I am grateful to be a living testimony of the Glory of God.

In my day-to-day I sometimes forget the purpose of my life. Glorifying Christ. Why in the world do we forget? Should the excuse of an overactive schedule be appropriate for not shouting the Glory of God? What about the fear of man? What’s more important? The Glory of God or the acceptance of man?

Harsh words? Yes. But do I need to hear them? Yes

Maybe someone else does too.

Let us make a conscious effort to slow down, have devotions and glorify God as we can throughout our day.

Father God, Please help me see Your Glory through the day and find opportunities to show it to others. Give me the strength when my fear of man rises within me and help me hold fast when temptation finds me.

In Christs name Amen

God bless you, reader(s.) Thank you for reading.

This is on a good day. Lol. I have SLOW Internet, but it is all I can get where I am. I simply refuse HughesNet.
